Anaita Shroff Adajania is an Indian award-winning fashion stylist, costume designer and actress. Currently she is the Fashion Director for Vogue India magazine. Anaita Shroff Adajania is one of the leading voices within India’s fashion community and is credited with helping to steer the magazine’s growth as one of the most fashion forward publications in India. Anaita has three high-profile styling careers in three different industries: publishing, advertising and film. As fashion director of Vogue India, a commercial stylist, and one of Bollywood's top costume stylists.Raised in Mumbai , this talented lady of course wanted to have a career in Bollywood but as a filmmaker. However,she started working in the B-town as a fashion stylist for Bollywood films such as ‘Cocktail’ where Deepiika's look is ravishing, ‘Everybody Says I’m Fine’ and ‘Love Aaj Ka’ & ‘Race 2’ again where Deepika's look is superbly stunning, ‘Finding Fanny’, ‘Bang Bang’ and ‘Dear Zindagi’ where Alia Bhatt's overall look was so well appreciated. . She has notably styled all three films in the Dhoom series, starting with Dhoom (2004) where she worked with John Abraham and Esha Deol's look, followed by Dhoom 2 (2006) where she worked with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan and Bipasha Basu, then in 2013 edition of the franchise Dhoom 3, she styled Katrina Kaif.
Anaita has personally styled celebrities like Anushka Sharma, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neha Dhupia, Alia Bhatt, Sonam Kapoor to name a few. She styles Deepika Padukone for majorly all of her events and Katrina Kaif is her bestie in the B-town!Prior to her role at Vogue, Adajania served as fashion editor at Elle India and L’Officiel and was awarded a series of industry accolades including the most stylish Bollywood designer at the MTV Lycra Awards in 2007 and for ‘Best Costume Design’ in 2007 and 2010 by the IIFA. Alongside her styling work, Adajania has also held walk-on roles in Bollywood blockbusters such as Dilwale Dhulianya Le Jayenge and Kal Ho Naa Ho.
